Road restoration has commenced on University Avenue from about 3700 North moving southward to about 3100 North. As a result, travel lanes in Provo have been shifted to the west side of University Avenue from approximately 3000 North to 3700 North.
Construction also continues on University Avenue from about 2400 North to 2600 North. Please watch for narrowing travel lanes shifted to the west side of the road from about 2300 North to 2600 North with no median. The median will be restored by Saturday April 14, 2012.
Construction is currently at the north end of the BYU Intramural field between 2474 North University Avenue and Canyon Road, and is also on Seven Peaks Boulevard from 450 North to 700 North.
Please be aware that striping from the previous road setup may still be visible. We ask that you drive cautiously through the construction zone.
Please do NOT stop in traffic lanes to make left-hand turns, or make left-hand turns through the construction zone or across traffic lanes.

The Spanish Fork Provo Reservoir Canal – Provo Reach 2 Pipeline Project is a component of the Bonneville Unit of the Central Utah Project (CUP). The CUP was authorized in 1956 (Public Law 85-485) as a participating project of the Colorado River Storage Project to develop and distribute a portion of Utah’s share of Colorado River water for use along the Wasatch Front.
